Hope

Hello everyone! The archaic definition for Hope is “a feeling of trust.” To Hope is to trust that it will come to pass, that everything will be alright! I Hope, I trust in the Lord! Today is the time to have Hope! To not only have “a feeling of trust” that everything will be alright but to know everything will be alright! 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

My brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus hold on to that which is good! The Almighty Holy Father our God is good! Jesus testified that of the Father 18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. Mark 10:18

When it gets so rough and so very tough, don’t look to the left or to the right. Don’t call a friend but call on Jesus! 14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:14-16

Followers of Jesus Christ we are Victorious Conquerors! “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:31-39

Have Hope my brothers and sister in Christ Jesus, don’t only have “a feeling of trust” but trust completely in Almighty God and His Son our Precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! AMEN!

Brenda
