Hope

It flows like a river in my heart

It bubbles at the surface for all to see

It’s what keeps me going in these dark days

A force so strong in my life

That no matter how weary I am

It is still there

Forever do I want it to flow

Flow within me

I never want to live without you

Flow within me

You bring me joy

For I know with you in me

I have something that the world does not

I have something to live for

If I didn’t have you

What is there to live for?

Flow always within me

Flow like a river

Bubble within me

Encourage me

Remind me of the prize

Precious hope

Flow like a river

Within me

Like a river

Hope, fill me.
