Acts of Kindness

Hello everyone! Act of Kindness. To perform an act of contribution, help, kindness or share with someone. To be nice to someone should be a norm in today’s society. Unfortunately, it is not.

The Epitome of Selfishness

People have difficulty being considerate one to another. The COVID-19 Pandemic has shown mankind their very nature. People simply refuse to see it or accept it. The epitome of selfishness is to refuse to follow Medical & Scientific advice to save your neighbor from a life threatening virus. Many people have the attitude that it’s not their responsibility to keep their neighbors safe! Pure Selfishness. So many have lost their lives because of selfishness. No considerate behavior amongst them. Many in the world are inconsiderate, disobedient, rebellious and evil. To wear a mask in public is to simply care for others. Many can’t be bothered with such a small ask to help save lives.

Sharing a Act of kindness is a Joy to the giver and the recipient. I enjoy the idea of making someone smile. Seeing the surprised look on their face because they’re receiving unexpected kindness. My sister and I enjoy handing out Random Acts of Kindness! It’s fun! The ability to be nice is indeed a blessing from God!

“The desire of a man is his kindness” Proverbs 19:33 KJV

“But with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.” Isaiah 54:8 KJV

Practice kindness

Kindness Among the Elect of God

Followers of Jesus Christ are kind, we are the elect of God. “Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.” Colossians 3:12-14 KJV

Beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue and to virtue knowledge; To knowledge temperance and to temperance patience; to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.” 2 Peter 1:5-9 KJV
