What Matters Most

Hello everyone! What Matters Most? In life we all have our goals. The things we focus on are prioritized in our lives. I don’t have a long list. What Matters Most in my life is doing the will of God. I am a Fisher of Men by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My financial status, were I live, how I dress are not priorities in my life. We all have these things in common. We need finances, a place to lie our heads and clothing to cover our bodies. God being faithful is sure to supply our every need. What Matters Most is pleasing God. Is He not the creator of all things? Your mother may have carried you in her womb. It is God that has the power over life and death. God gave you life!

What Matters Most: The Pride of Life

Degrees and fine living. That’s what I see a lot of “Christians” focus on these days. It’s not spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, that Souls might be saved. I see big Titles and boasting of degrees and certificates. So many are writing books they say will change lives for the better. Books telling their powerful testimony of God’s saving and life changing power. You write the book and sell it. If it will change a life and you say to God be the Glory. Why are you selling the book? You are selling what you should be freely sharing with all mankind. Give it away! So everyone can afford the opportunity to read it. You sell conferences and you sell inspirational paraphernalia. You sell everything. You’re seeking to make money. You are not Fishing for Men. You’re fishing for money. What Matters Most??

You are proud and full of yourself. Without God you are nothing. The Followers of Jesus Christ Glorify the Godhead. We don’t glorify ourselves. Who are we to seek glory? We are here today and gone in the blink of an eye. What Matters Most is the will of God!

The Great Commission

What Matters Most. “And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. ¹⁶ He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. ¹⁷ And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; ¹⁸ they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:15-18 NKJV

“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Matthew 28:18-20 NKJV

Consider this brief message my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away. Blessed be the name of the Lord Forever! Amen! Peace!
